TipTracker.ai is provided as-is. The core app is free to use, with optional paid Premium plans for members who want extra features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
TipTracker.ai requires you to create an account and log in to use the service. Your core account data is securely stored on our servers using Supabase for maximum protection and accessibility across your devices. Your budget and expense tracking information is saved locally on your device for convenience. We maintain strict data security practices to keep your information safe.
To keep TipTracker free and to give tipped workers a real voice in the data world, you agree that we may attach non-identifying labels to your logged tips (such as a general job type, venue type, and region) and combine them into anonymous, aggregated insights. We may share or sell these blended, anonymous statistics to partners such as payroll and point-of-sale companies. We never sell or share your personal or identifying information, and you can turn off anonymous data sharing anytime in your Settings. Full details live in our Privacy Policy.
TipTracker.ai is not intended to provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals for specific guidance.
TipTracker.ai offers optional Premium membership through three plans: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (billed once per year), and a one-time Lifetime purchase that grants Premium access for the life of the product with no recurring charge. You may also buy additional chatbot tokens as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment partner, according to their security standards — your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and the Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring charge. Plan pricing and included features may change over time, but changes will not affect the price of an active subscription term you have already paid for. Founding and grandfathered members may receive Premium at no charge as a complimentary benefit, which we may adjust or discontinue at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TipTracker.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
